Ash'ari Competition and Quiz Corner - Test Your Ash'ariyyah Series
 From our experience, it is clear that 99.5% of Ash'aris do not really grasp the history and evolution of their theology. For this reason, Ash'aris are the most intellectually confused people you will ever come across, and unfortunately, the learned ones amongst them who do 'know the score' keep them stooped in ignorance. In our Competition Corner, we aim to foster a more in-depth understanding of the Ash'arite creed, which in reality has little to do with Abu al-Hasan al-Ash'ari because the original Kullaabi Ash'ari creed underwent modifications, syntheses and hybridizations by each of the major Ash'ari Scholars who came after al-Ash'ari, and they all brought in their own influence and direction.
There are huge differences, contradictions, inconsistencies within the Ash'ari madhhab itself. Even those who claim scholarship are confused and bewildered [take a look at this clown, for example, and also look at the dishonesty of the likes of Nuh Keller (see here) and Hamza Yusuf (see here)] then what do you think of the common Ash'ari?! For this reason, our Competition Corner is a fun way to help remove this intellectual confusion and bewilderment. We encourage all Ash'aris who have been defrauded into thinking that their theology...
... that this theology is what the Messengers came with, to educate themselves regarding these matters so that the fog is demystified and they understand for what reason they are making ta'wil and tafwid and waging a war against the way of the Salaf which is simply ithbaat (affirmation) of the meanings with negation of tashbih, tamthil and takyif (resemblance, likeness, specifying how) with respect to the realities.
